Coaching Essentials 這個課程,如果不是完整上完五節,特別是昨晚最後一堂,如果不是之前完整修讀過你的催眠高階、CPC 高階、NLP 高階的同學,可能未必體會到這樣一場盛宴 FEAST:

Thanks a lot for offering the completely revamped course - Coaching Essential.  Since I attended the previous version, Coaching Excellence, last year, I can notice the difference.

This course greatly enhanced my coaching knowledge and capability from different perspectives and yet it can still stick to the core value of Coaching - clients are  self-directed to handle their problems via the non-directive help from coach.

The content, e.g. 5 coaching processes, 5R core awakening processes, macro coaching capabilities, micro coaching skills, etc., is arranged in a good proportion whereas train by "coaching" approach does facilitate me to think actively throughout the course.

All and all, I have learned a lot from this course and thanks again.

雖然上過四個不同的 Coaching course,但這個課程仍然為我帶來新的角度及忽略的地方,特别係三層 non-directive,之前並沒有注意到!

第一係學到 A to B model,當 coach client 既時候,要知道 coachee 的目前既情況 (A),要去到既目的地係邊 (B),同去到既方法 (to)。

呢個 A to B Model 係可以用搭車黎做比喻。

第二樣學到既野就係原來 Coaching 唔單止係幫人解難,仲可以促進別人透過問問題,黎作為一個stepping stone,諗到更多野,or 可以係一個探索既機會,讓 coachee 體驗下什麼是 Coaching,促進 coachee 自行發現何為coaching, or coachee 學識問問題背後既原理, or 學識問下幾條問題黎幫下其他人。

第三樣野學到既就係最 non directive ge questions,例如仲有呢,講多d黎聽下,then,跟住呢,然後呢,繼續,係,唔,哦,點頭。以上所有都係最唔直接既問題,可以令 coachee 無限度地發想。之但係,呢個擴展性對話,唔係個個 client 都諗到野(假設未擴展完),可能會話唔知 or 無啦,咁 coach 就可以問,有冇d咩野,係你諗唔到,或者未接受,或者行唔通既呢,可以嘗試諗下。(o r同級既問題)當 coach 諗唔到 (or 直覺唔到)個問題既時候,可以用呢類型既百搭問題,就能促成執生。而唔會出現dead air既情況。再進一步,coach 就要多 d 嘗試係 coaching 進行中,即場作問題,呢個應該就係要掌握 coaching ge 重要能力之一。

第四樣野學到既就係當進行 coaching 既時候,問問題既長度應該盡量收窄,否則 coachee 可能會混亂,而當 coachee 諗唔到既時候,coach 可以用同級字,刺激 coachee 思維,因為每個人對唔同既同級字有唔同既敏感度,又或者可以係,當跑返個波比 coachee 繼續諗,如果 coach 答唔知 or 諗唔到。
